Caring & Trouble-Shooting Cartridges:

Caring for your New Remanufactured Cartridge
====================================
Store your cartridges in an upright position:
Cartridges usually do not remain in an upright position during shipping, causing ink to move away from the print nozzles. Cartridges should be stored in an upright position for several hours before installation.

Manually cleaning your cartridges:
Prior to using it is often a good idea to manually clean your new cartridge's print head. Using a clean, dry lint-free cloth, wipe the cartridge contacts, from top to bottom. Rubbing alcohol can also be used on the cloth for additional cleaning.

Installing the cartridge:
Since all printers operate differently, it is best to refer to your printer's manual for complete operation and installation instructions. Instructions can also be found on the inside lid/top cover of your printer.

Clean or "prime" the cartridge's print head:
After installing a new cartridge, you should run the print head cleaning utility. This keeps the nozzles clean and ensures optimal print quality. Please refer to your printer's manual for instructions.
